Electrical
Heaters - Cartridges (High & Low temperature)
The
high watt density Cartridge heaters provide excellent heat
transfer efficiency, high operating temperature and long life.
They are made to withstand internal operating temperatures
of up to 1600 ºF (871 ºC). Its swaged construction allows
for minimal air gaps, providing superior heat transfer and
resistance to impact and vibration. Dual voltage and three
phase are available on selected diameters.
They
can be modified to meet the demands of virtually any special
application. We can utilise a variety of alternative features
and options to customise the heater to your special needs.

Heaters
Cast
heaters. Band & platen form (Aluminium and Ali-Bronze
metal) Cast-in heaters are custom designed for contour and
multi-plane, clamp-on applications. Many sizes and contours
are available to accommodate machined and cast contact surfaces
that require close tolerances.

Mica
Band heaters are ideally suited for plastics industry
applications and can be used for heating commodity resins
in injection moulding machines, extruders and blow moulding
machines. They are better suited for low to medium temperature
applications not like ceramic or mineral insulated bands
which can perform at higher temperatures |

mat heaters. (Wire wound & etched foil construction)
